HOW TO ORDER & PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

There are two ways to order photos from our site: 

- Fill out an Order Form. If you wish to pay immediately, you can use the Paypal button located directly below the form (credit/debit and Paypal accepted). Otherwise, within 1-3 days you will receive an invoice in your email (for this option, you may pay using check/money orders or Paypal only).  

- Send us an email (sales@silverbankspictures.com) with a list of the photos you are interested in, and we will send you an invoice within 1-3 days.  

SHIPPING RATES

We charge flat rates, meaning that you pay one price regardless of the number of photos you are ordering. 

Within the U.S.A: 

Standard (3-8 days): $6 flat. Photos are shipped in a plastic sleeve with rigid cardboard backing to insure that they are not bent on arrival. All photos ship via USPS Ground unless otherwise requested. 

Expedited (2-4 days): $9 flat - If you want your photos shipped with USPS Priority Mail. 

International:

Standard (5-21 days): $21 flat. Photos are shipped in a plastic sleeve with rigid cardboard backing to insure that they are not bent on arrival. All photos ship via USPS International Ground unless otherwise requested.

RETURNS

We offer a 14-day full-money back policy on all returned orders. If you are not satisfied with your photos or ordered something by mistake, just let us know. After 14 days, we offer a 50% refund for all returned orders.

PHOTO GRADING

Our photos are graded numerically by condition with poor (1) being the lowest grade and near mint (10) being the highest. You can see the full grading system on the sidebar of the main page and also down below: 

POOR ( P; 1 ) - There may be numerous creases or fold lines in the photo. There may also be stains, holes, tears or major trimming.

FAIR ( F; 2-3 ) - Not as bad as poor condition, but still showing a lot of wear. These photos will usually have a tear, pin holes or extreme yellowing.

GOOD ( G; 4-6 ) - A photo in good condition but showing its age. It may have staple marks, pin holes, creases or a stain.

VERY GOOD ( VG; 7 ) - Overall very good condition. There may be just one or two flaws - a small crease, bumped corner or a small stain.

EXCELLENT ( E; 8-9 ) - A photo that is excellent in every way. There may be a light scratch or crease or a tiny bump.

NEAR MINT ( NM; 10 ) - This is top grade. We rarely use the term "mint" since even photos that came fresh off the press probably have some inconsistencies.
